The two Chinese companies, Wen Hao and Zhongtuo Guangfu have launched a multimillion dollar real estate project in the place of Ta Lad Leng, Vientiane Capital. The complex will be 5,000 square meter in the prime area of T2 Road and will take 800m from Mekong Riverside.

The luxurious design will come up with the development of business center, a four-star hotel and modern condominium in Sikhottabong District, Vientiane City. It will comprise three buildings including one three-storey building, a 13-storey building and one 9-storey condominium.

The majority of business spaces at the building of the project have been sold out but has only 10 percent of the spaces available for customers at the moment and expected to be completed by the year 2020, according to the Property Consultant.
